Choice Seedlings is dedicated to providing high-quality seedlings to growers and, in the process, employs 25% of its workforce from the Samoan Islands while also supporting the local community.

By providing employment fro the Samoan Islands community to work on the farm, Choice Seedlings is giving the Samoan Islanders a steady source of income that they can use to support their families and communities back home. In addition, Choice has committed to supporting its employees to help build churches, schools, and other amenities in their communities.

This has significantly impacted the Samoan Islands community, allowing them to improve their standard of living and access to education and essential services. The employees of Choice Seedlings are proud to contribute to their communities growth and development and are grateful for the opportunities the Company has provided.

Owners Jeff and Germaine Borg make the yearly trip to Samoa and take a hands-on approach to help build infrastructure within the communities of its employees.
